Occupational Health and Safety Delivery Workshop
Are you in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation in Alberta? Bill 30, the new Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations and Code came into effect on June 1, 2018. There are substantial changes that effect all employers and workers in the province including mandatory joint worksite health and safety committees, and health and safety programs, a new definition for reportable incidents, and responsibilities for employers to identify and control violence, harassment and bullying at their work sites.
