Finance Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing, leading, and participating, in finance office operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic guidance to support business growth. This position requires strong leadership abilities, sales skills, and a comprehensive understanding of powersports financing, and ancillary products. Salary and commission structure negotiable based on experience and skill.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the Finance department processes.
• Work directly with customers to get credit approvals, sell additional services such as loan insurances, extended warranties, and other ancillary products.
• Monitor and utilize reporting to improve the finance department performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values.
• Lead business development initiatives by analyzing data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales department to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports for accounting and contract processing.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in finance management or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in powersports financing and finance services.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
