We continue to support clients through COVID and beyond. We offer confidential video and phone counselling services for adults, children, teens, couples and families. We are also offering a series of free webinars during COVID.

Our team of experienced counsellors and psychologists can help you to heal and grow through some of life's toughest challenges and transitions. Our admin support team will help you find a therapist on our team who is the right 'fit for you. Asking for help is not easy. We are here for you!

We offer evening and weekend appointments. Same or next-day appointments are usually available.
